Shipping and Returns
Toysled.com sources several product suppliers including our own inventory to bring our customers an expanded product assortment. We are striving to provide you with faster shipping everyday.
Some orders may ship directly from a manufacturer or distributor. Your order may arrive in separate shipments by different carriers. Also delivery times will vary on these items.
Currently we only ship to the continental USA (lower 48 states) and cannot service APO addresses. We use PayPal for secure payments. A PayPal account is not necessary to make purchases.
All major credit cards are accepted. Toysled.com reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason at anytime.
Some of our suppliers price items according to demand so if your interested in a purchase please don't delay, prices and inventory levels change daily.
FREE RETURNS FOR 15 DAYS
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our products. If your not delighted for any reason, you may return your purchase in original condition for any reason and we'll pay return shipping for a period of 15 days after an order is placed. Simply contact us for an RMA number and we will send you a prepaid return shipping label.
EASY PRODUCT RETURNS AFTER 15 DAYS
You may return your purchase in original condition after 15 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping and handling costs, plus a 15% restocking fee. Most of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
If a product arrives damaged or we have made an error that cannot be remedied with replacement items, we'll pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. If you decide you do not want a replacement, than be aware that the applicable fees will be assessed, including return fee, our actual shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt. All returned orders must be pre-authorized, simply contact us for an RMA#. Please include your original order number, or invoice number, the product(s) you are returning and your name. We will provide you with an RMA number and a return shipping address.
Fully inspect all deliveries before signing the receipt even if you do not plan on opening the carton right away. If you do not contact us within 10 days of receipt of the item to let us know about shipping damage, we will not be able to issue you a refund.
Write down any visible damage such as crushed box, torn, creased or other circumstances about the delivery.
If you find concealed damage, save the carton and packaging material and notify our customer service department immediately.
